Wantable MidSize Fashion Box Review

I recently saw an advertisement for Wantable's active edit and figured I'd give it a try. Back story, I've become much more active this year in my quest to shape up for our upcoming wedding and active wear clothes are either pretty expensive or not great quality from what I've found. Currently I would consider myself midsize in that I typically wear a 10-14 depending on the garment. I usually order a 12 or L and then either size up or down depending on what I need. While I'm still waiting for that box to arrive, they also waved the styling fee for their regular box and that has already come. So today I wanted to give you my unbiased Wantable review.

My Wantable box came with 5 clothing items and usually its a $20 styling fee for each box that is applied towards any of the items if you decide to purchase. I like that this process is fairly straight forward and you can also take their Stream page to request specific items or to give the stylist a better idea of what kind of items you like.

Here's what came in my box:

Lucky Brand Mixed Media V-Neck Flutter Top in Navy Multi $59.50

Luck Brand, V-Neck Top, size L, mid-size, navy top, midsize, Wantable

I liked this top a lot but found it a little tight in the sleeves. I am usually a size L in tops like this and that was what they sent me. You can also see the second item in several of these photos, the black skinny High Rise jeans.  Listed as High Rise Liquid Denim in Black by Kensie $58.00.

Next up, Twisted Front Short Sleeve Brushed Hacci Top from W. by Wantable $50.00

Wantable, W. Wantable, Grey Top, midsize, soft, affordable

This was the piece I really debated on keeping. It's super soft and I love the design and color. At the end of the day I probably would have kept this if the styling fee hadn't been waved but I really couldn't justify spending $50 on this top.

The final top I tried on with the black jeans was the Sunset Slub Tank in Tropical Coral from Z Supply $39.00 This really reminded me of the Madewell tanks you can often find at Nordstrom Rack for great deals and although I didn't hate this top I'm not a huge fan of bright orange.

The next set of items were the Valda Cami in Spruce Ivy by Gentle Fawn $49.00 and the Hilary High Rise Skinny jeans from Articles of Society $66.00. These jeans were in a size 31 which is my usual jeans size but ran a tad bit small and were also too long. The top was cute but you'd have to wear a strapless bra with it and I didn't like it that much!

Finally, my last Wantable item was the Striped Rib Knit Tee Dress by Neesha $68.00. This dress was just not my style and made me feel a little uncomfortable with how it clung to my stomach. I didn't think it was very flattering on me.

Overall I would say Wantable sent high quality clothing items and did give me a good variety. I did not think the price of the clothes was worth it however in our current times you can pretty much find any item of clothing on sale if you wait for it so that may have influenced my opinion on the prices as well. I will say even when searching to try and link some of the items directly I found a coupon code for almost every one! I don't see myself purchasing another box because I like picking out my own clothes and I am very particular on what I think looks good on me. Sending back the clothes was super easy, they include a bag for you to ship it back and that already has a USPS label on it. If you'd prefer they also include a UPS label as well. You do have to send everything back within 5 days of receiving it as well.

So that's it, my honest Wantable review where I kept nothing! I'd be curious to know if y'all had tried Wantable and what your thoughts were around it?
